Bio / Accomplishments

Hi my name is Alex Brola and I’ve been a competitive RTS player for many years. I got started in C&C: Red Alert before moving on to StarCraft in 2002 where I played vanilla for a year before upgrading to BroodWar. I took a break to play competitive Dawn Of War and Age Of Empires but very quickly decided the games weren’t for me and returned to what is factually the finest PC game ever created, SC:BW. I created one of the most prestigious teams outside of Korea—Micro [Media]—which consisted of players such as Artosis (an owner of [Media] as well), IdrA, Assem, Tasteless, iNcontrol, Nony, Nyoken, G5, Machine, and others. Notable event accomplishments would be Blizzcon invitee, WCG US finalist, WCG US invitational, and a long list of online finishes. I got involved in StarCraft 2 from day 1 beta and was the #1 rated random player for the first two to three weeks before calling it quits.
